  <title>CHOW MEIN DE LEGUMES</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Chow mein em chinês quer dizer massa frita em pouco óleo, é uma das massas que gosto desde sempre, uma das recordações que tenho da minha infância quando proliferavam inúmeros restaurantes em Lisboa, era o meu Pai levar-nos a almoçar num Restaurante chinês com aqueles candeiros enormes encarnados com franjas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cremes e massa chinesa não podiam faltar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por isso a partir do momento em que começou a haver facilidade de comprar a massa, cozinha-se uma massa e varia-se os ingredientes, desta vez fiz com uma mistura de vegetais.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;200 gr massa de ovo chinesa&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cebola cortada em fatias bem finas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 lata de rebentos de bambú&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 lata de rebentos de soja&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 cenouras cortada em palitos&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;meia lata de ervilhas cozidas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 colheres de sopa de molho de soja&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 colher de sopa de óleo de sésamo.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Preparação&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Levar a massa a cozer em água a ferver temperada com sal durante o tempo indicado no pacote (cerca de 3-4 minutos).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Escorrer a massa e passá-la por água fria, escorrendo novamente.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Colocar numa tigela, envolvendo com o óleo de sésamo.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reservar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Numa wok, aquecer o azeite, adicionar, a cebola, a cenoura e saltear uns minutos.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Adicionar o bambú, os rebentos de soja e as ervilhas e envolver bem, juntando o molho de soja e a massa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Colocar numa travessa e servir de imediato.&lt;/p&gt;

  <title>BOLO DE CANELA E CHOCOLATE - PREPARADO BRANCA DE NEVE</title>

  <title>FEIJOADA DE CEBOLADA</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nem sei que diga...quase mais um mês que passou sem publicar nada...cozinhar? todos os dias...vontade de fotografar? até tenho, mas depois, esqueço, e na hora é sentar e comer.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tenho saudades dos meus blogs, de visitar os amigos blogueiros, mas não se pode ter tudo e eu mudei de local no trabalho e são muitos kms de distância entre ir e vir...só sobra mesmo tempo para a minha família, para os meus animais e para os afazeres domésticos e quando olho para o relógio e para os sinais que o meu corpo dá...está na hora de ir dormir.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;sal (cuidado com a quantidade porque os enchidos já são salgados)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3 colheres de sopa de mostarda&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;salsa em pó&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;coentros em pó&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Adicionar a polpa de tomate, os temperos e deixar uns minutos a apurar em lume brando.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Adicionar, o bacon, o chouriço ás rodelas e deixar a cozinhar cerca de 15 minutos em lume brando.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Colocar o feijão encarnado bem escorrido, e colocar a mostarda e envolvar tudo muito bem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Deixar a cozinhar cerca de 5 minutos, rectificar os temperos a gosto.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Desligar o lume e deixar a apurar mais uns minutos.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Acompanhei com um Arroz Branco arromatizado em alho.&lt;/p&gt;

  <title>BOLO DE BANANA/MAÇÃ COM SEMENTES DE PAPOILA</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pois é...nem sei que diga, quase um mês sem colocar nada na Colmeia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Não é por falta de cozinhar, não é por falta de não se comer, é mesmo porque o cansaço é tanto e o tempo é tão pouco que nem vontade tenho de tirar fotos, nem vontade de fazer o post.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Levanto-me muito cedo, e o tempo que tenho quando chego a casa é para orientar tudo o que tantas mulheres como eu trabalhadoras/mães/donas de casa/mulheres têm que fazer e quando chega a hora de estar todo arrumado os olhos pesam tanto que só penso no vale dos lençóis.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tenho saudades? claro que tenho, mas a Vida é assim, neste momento existem outras prioridades e Abelha é só uma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hoje venho colocar um bolo que fiz ontem num desejo incontrolável de comer um bolinho daqueles que gosto, fofinhos, simples, mas que me saciam e muito.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div&gt;230 gr de Bananas (2 bananas)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1 maçã encarnada pequena&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;250 g de Açúcar (eu uso Amarelo)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;2 Ovos&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;100 ml Leite&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;100 ml Óleo&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;300 g de Farinha&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1 colher de chá de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1 colher e meia de chá sementes de papoila&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Preparação&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Colocar as bananas e a maçã numa batedeira e bater até ficar em puré.&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Juntar os ovos, o leite e o óleo e bater muito bem até ficar bem cremoso.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Por fim adicionar a farinha previamente misturada com o fermento e bater até envolver bem.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Adicionar as sementes de papoila e envolver com uma colher.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Aquecer o forno a 180º, colocar o preparado numa forma previamente untada e polvilhada com farinha (eu uso o spray espiga) e levar ao forno cerca de 40 minutos( teste do palito).&lt;/div&gt;

  <title>LOMBINHOS DE PORCO COM CERVEJA NO TACHO</title>

&lt;p&gt;2 cebolas médias picadas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 dentes de alhos esmagados&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 fio de azeite&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cerveja de 33cl&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sumo de 1 limão&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 folha de louro&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 colher de chá de oregãos&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;pimenta branca q.b.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sal q.b.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;salsa picada para polvilhar(opcional)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Num recipiente, coloque os lombinhos e tempere-os com a cerveja ,o sumo de limão, a folha de louro, os oregãos, os alhos esmagados, pimenta e sal, misture tudo muito bem e leve uma horas ao frio a marinar, ou de um dia para o outro (eu coloquei de um dia para o outro).&lt;br /&gt; Num tacho fundo, coloque o fio de azeite com com as cebolas picadas, quando estas ganharem cor adicione os lombinhos, deixe &lt;a href=&quot;http://gestaoderestaurantes.wordpress.com/2009/08/17/o-que-selar-uma-carne/&quot;&gt;Selar a carne&lt;/a&gt; de um lado e outro, adicione depois o produto da marinada, a polpa de tomate e deixe cozinhar em lume brando com a tampa do tacho semi aberta, para libertar algum vapor, vá vigiando se necessário junte meio copo de água aos poucos, para ir formando um pouco de molho, quando os lombinhos começarem a ganhar um tom dourado, por volta dos 30 a 40 minutos, desligue o lume e deixe arrefecer antes de os partir, para que não percam os sucos.&lt;br /&gt; Sirva cortado às rodelas polvilhado com salsa fresca picada .&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Derreta o chocolate com a manteiga, da maneira que achar mais prática (derreti no micro-ondas) e reserve.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bata os ovos, as gemas e o açúcar na batedeira até dobrar de volume, em seguida adicione a farinha de trigo e bata até a farinha ficar bem misturada ao preparado.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Junte o café, o chocolate derretido com a manteiga, misture delicadamente, e distribua a massa em forminhas próprias para petit gateau, essas deveram estar bem untadas com manteiga, principalmente no fundo e polvilhadas com chocolate em pó.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Num tacho junte a cebola e o alho picados com o azeite e a margarina.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Tempere com oregãos e deixe refogar.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Junte depois a polpa de tomate e a água e deixe ferver mais um pouco.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Tempere com sal, pimenta, o louro e o açúcar.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Junte o leite e as almôndegas uma a uma e deixe cozinhar pelo menos 20 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;O molho vai engrossando, enquanto isto pode rectificar temperos.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Enquanto isto coza a massa al dente e coloque numa travessa onde vai servir.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Quando as almôndegas estiverem cozinhadas retire umas colheres de molho e envolva na massa.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Por cima coloque o restante molho com as almôndegas e polvilhe com bastante parmesão ralado.&lt;/div&gt;

  <title>QUEQUES DE FARINHA DE ALFARROBA</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para aliviar os meus desejos, viro-me para a farinha de alfarroba, faz muito menos mal e consegue &quot;enganar&quot; as minhas papilas gustativas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Desta vez fiz uns queques que ficaram uma delícia e bem fofinhos, nada maçudos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes ( 8 unidades )&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;125 gr de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;95 gr de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;20 gr de farinha de alfarroba&lt;br /&gt;100 ml de natas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 colher de sopa de Vinho do Porto&lt;br /&gt; 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bater muito bem os ovos como o açúcar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Adicionar as natas e bater.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Colocar o vinho do porto e mexer bem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Adicionar as farinhas e o fermento em pó e bater muito bem, até ficar com um aspecto bem cremoso.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Untar as formas colocar o preparado só até a meio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Colocar em forno pré-aquecido a 180º e deixar cozer cerca de 20 minutos, não deixar cozer demasiado para não ficarem secos.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Desenformar depois de frios.&lt;/p&gt;
